Strategy support of the People COO Transformation Business Project Manager/ Business Analyst

An outstanding opportunity to join the Strategy support team of the People COO Transformation function. The team’s mandate is to support the People Management Committee on defining and driving the bank-wide people strategy. Your responsibilities include the support of the development of the global People strategy and to contribute to its implementation success. In, addition you partner with colleagues within the People function and across the bank, to drive or oversee the delivery of (sub-) projects and act as the central Project Management Office as well as to provide status insights to our senior management. Furthermore, you contribute ad-hoc deep dive analyses, research activities or presentation preparations (e.g. management offsite) and co-ordinate work with others. In doing so, you actively contribute to the shaping of our People function transformation journey.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for passionate professionals with the willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge, high analytical skills and a keen eye for people’s needs, dependencies and priorities. Additional requirements are
  • University degree or an equivalent education (e.g. Business Administration, or another relevant field)
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years with a focus on project management, ideally within the financial industry
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams, Zoom etc.)
  • Good understanding for one or more People/HR function topics is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills up to senior management in English is a requirement
  • Well-developed organizational skills, strong motivation and a can-do attitude
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspective
