Your field of responsibility


You will join a committed team within Credit Suisse Trust Group (CST) that supports the Senior Management in different change and project initiatives. Next to successfully leading business projects, this position provides autonomy and the opportunity to further extend your project management experience in a niche business within the Wealth Management division. The close interaction with Senior Management offers you an ideal platform for building up a network across the Trust business as well as the CS Group. Close co-ordination and alignment with all key business and IT partners based in Zurich and in the 4 overseas Trust Centers gives you an international exposure within our business. You are committed to the execution of projects from initiation to benefits realisation. We are open to flexible and working from home.

Your future colleagues


The Business Management function and Solution structuring team currently comprises a team of c.25 permanent colleagues together with a contingent workforce. Within the scope of the projects function we are responsible for management and execution of business projects to an agreed portfolio of initiatives. The projects function in Credit Suisse Trust is a small team of highly motivated and experienced project colleagues.

Your skills and experience


We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our business management function to help implement the change agenda within the Credit Suisse Trust business

  • A consistent track record of leading projects and central initiatives
  • You have experience in dealing with compliance and risk control within the financial services
  • Excellent analytical-conceptual skills, a structured and focused way of working
  • With your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you easily collaborate with partners on different hierarchy levels
  • Dedicated problem solver able to generate creative solutions
  • Good understanding of the developments in the financial industry and its regulatory environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Fluency in English (verbally and written), any additional language skills are an advantage
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
