On behalf of our client, an international Biotechnology company based in Baar, Swisslinx is looking for a Project Manager Business Operations. This is a 12-months contract position (extension possible) with a great opportunity to bring your proven knowledge and expertise to an organization that offers a dynamic working environment.

Your mission
  • Manags and facilitates key internal meetings (creates agenda, minutes, track actions and documents decision)
  • Ensure escalations are managed in adherence to the model
  • Maintain trackers and tools for meeting management, dashboards, risk management, continuous improvements
  • Coordinate creation of powerpoint presentations to support governance model
  • Track key departmental milestones
  • Track key departmental goals
  • Maintain global calendar up to date
  • Manage the execution of business operations improvement projects
  • Maintain resource model up to date
Your profile
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical cGMP manufacturing industry
  • Experience with supplier relationship experience is a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Bachelors/ Master`s Degree (Life Science, Quality, Engineering), additional competences in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related fields are a plus
