Responsibilities
  • Responsibility in several complex projects over the functionality, schedule and cost compliance of the plant system.
  • Independent management of Isolator projects during all phases (basic design, detail design, realisation, FAT), creative and analytical problem solving
  • Ongoing monitoring and coordination of project progress with project participants, proactive management of customer and partner in project execution.
  • Verify design documents and interpretations/calculations and create and adapt templates in a professional manner
  • Coordinate interfaces with third party systems and other companies involved in the overall project, and contribute to process improvement.
  • Lead project meetings and reviews with customers and internal team
  • Independently coordinate the interfaces to the customer and partners (technology and deadlines), ensure project schedules and targets are met
  • Monthly assessment of project progress and reporting to management
  • Budget responsibility for projects in the range of 10M CHF
  • Implementation of the requirements of customers and authorities (GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice)

Hardskills
  • Well-founded, several years of experience in project management of project planning and project leadership
  • Experience in leading project teams in an international environment
  • Confident in MS Office and use of Microsoft Teams in project meetings
  • Several years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Education in engineering FH / Bachelor (mechanical engineering, food, pharmacy, or similar) advantageous
  • Fluent in German and English
