Job content

• You arrange and maintain multiple projects along with priorities by using appropriate tools and methodologies
• You organize resources and set up teams to assigned to specific projects and lead the development process
• You monitor the progress of the various ongoing projects
• You develop complete project design and execution documents along with task-level project plans to direct external partners and cross-functional teams
• You lead testing and ensure timely execution from SME
• You lead the implementation to support those development projects (Stage gate, Lean Startup, Agile…) applicable to Proof of Concept as well as development projects
• You collaborate with executive committee to identify requirements as well as solutions
• You monitor the feedbacks and develop and adjust process improvements accordingly
• You report of deviation, risks and propose mitigation plan in a timely manner
  

• 3-5 year experience as lead project manager in e-commerce and supply chain
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing or äquivalent
• PMP certificate
• Fluent in English (C1) and German (C1)
• Good Knowledge of MSOffice, Slack , Monday.com and relevant project management software
• Experience with launch projects from start to finish in the FMCG or Luxury sector
• Self starter personality able to thrive in a dynamic environment
