Job Description

Main responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible to plan and coordinate initiatives in the Chief Operating Officer (COO) area of EFG globally.

Main Duties Are To

The candidate will work closely with the various COO departments, including IT, Operations and General Services, to ensure the successful project delivery within time, budget and quality constraints.
  • identify project goals, scope and deliverables, in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • define project roles and responsibilities
  • outline project tasks, work-streams and work-plan
  • regularly monitor and control project progress and hold status update meetings (e.g. Steering Committee), coherently with EFG project management practice
  • prepare project status reports and managerial communications to the key stakeholders
  • support project teams to identify risks and issues, define mitigation actions and escalate to the appropriate levels within the organization
  • handle project scope changes, adjusting project plan and budget accordingly
Skills And Experience
  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or technical fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
  • Minimum 2 years of proven project/programme management experience in the Financial Services industry, or equivalent background in a consulting firm
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in a rapidly evolving context
