Tasks:

You represent the Endress+Hauser Flow operations management in the global team and play a key role in shaping the production network strategy of Endress+Hauser Flow
You develop and expand our global operations network with production sites in USA, Brazil, India, China, Switzerland, and France
You evaluate, compare and present investment scenarios and business case options
You manage and advice factory extension and optimization projects
You are responsible for interdivisional product and technology transfers
You develop master plans with vision of +10 years together with our divisions
You lead global projects, networks, and capex roadmaps

Requirements:

You have a basic technical training in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering (FH/Uni) with further education in business administration or a Bachelor or Master degree in Operations Management
You have several years of experience in the manufacturing environment and international project management (~>8 years)
CAS or further education in Finance, Business and/or lean management is desirable
You have a structured way of working, analytical way of thinking and proactive action
Furthermore, you communicate fluently in German and English, French is advantageous
You are an enthusiastic, communicative personality with winning leadership skills
