In order to complete our Project Management Office, we are looking for a Project Manager dedicated to Health Sciences.

A day in the life of a Project Manager in health Sciences

  • Lead complex large-scale Research, health and Innovation projects with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for operational excellence, as well as the courage to engage with stakeholders, clients and decision makers: you will plan and lead projects and synchronize cross-functional & multidisciplinary teams embracing details and ambiguity while keeping a helicopter view to simplify complexity and to strive for quick management decisions
  • Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization: you will ensure that all relevant stakeholders are continuously apprised of project status, risks, issues and action plans
  • Create alternative scenarii and adapt project plan to continuously strive for project performance in terms of quality, speed, budget, and impact
  • Lead by example: coach other project managers in the field as well as project team members to deliver the highest value

What Will Make You Successful
  • At least 5 years’ experience project management, including management of large-scale projects across functional & multidisciplinary teams with high business impact
  • PhD. ou M.Sc. in Biology, Biochemistry, chemistry or related sciences
  • Experience in FMCG industry, in R&D and or Operations / Manufacturing
  • Experience in a management/leadership role
  • Integrate Innovation as well as Consumer, Customer and Business Opportunity thinking into the project
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess courage, demonstrated resilience, agility and ability to solve problems
  • Experience in advocacy and successful management of external collaborations & partnerships
  • Excellent level of English
  • PMP, ITIL, COBIT certifications
