project manager - hematology

In this position you will maximizes the growth of the assigned product(s) within the Swiss market by executing commercial projects and services based on the CVT’s brand strategy and brand plans in collaboration with the sales & marketing teams. You will co-lead the development and implementation of workshops, webinars and educational meetings on a regional level however in a consistent manner across Switzerland.

In addition, you will support the Product Managers on the development of sales relevant material in close collaboration with the sales team and Nurses/HCPs. You will assist the sales team in the execution of HCP-related commercial projects, coordinate third party events, commercial Advisory Boards and P2P workshops across the Business Unit and will ensure full compliance with J&J Credo and HCBI principles to preserve trust and reputation towards HCP and patients using the product. Occasionally, you will be required to travel across Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To
  • Accountable for leading the development and execution of local commercial projects and services based on the brand plan to position the product in line with the CVT’s strategy and to achieve the defined business objectives (e.g. NTS, MAC & NPS) with the available resources (OOP budget).
  • Co-lead the development and implementation of workshops, webinars and educational meetings at a regional level in collaboration with the sales and cross-functional teams. This will ensure the consistent deployment of the commercial tactical plan and coordination of cross-functional projects across all our sales regions. Support specific business initiatives as appropriate.
  • Ensures the execution of the local cross-functional stakeholder engagement plans to strengthen our competitive advantage across Switzerland with the goal to drive Janssen’s external focus of the Local Action Team and to implement/ supports projects based on individual customer needs.
  • Co-lead in close collaboration with the sales teams the development and execution of local commercial projects, such as congress presence, workshops, webinars, services, and educational peer to peer discussions and develops tailored sales materials.
  • Build and embrace a customer focused mind-set and integrated strategies.
  • Responsible for the achievement of set customer engagement and event targets as agreed with the line manager.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with external stakeholders to drive the BU’s & Janssen’s competitive advantage and reputation in collaboration with the cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to the CVT and helps to shape the commercial strategy by providing deep local market insights in a timely manner through our CRM System and CVT meetings attendance.
  • Coordinate third party events/sponsorships across the BU and develop individual sales materials.
  • Accountable for full compliance of all projects and activities with laws and J&J regulations. Role models the Credo. Ensure continuity of supply.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences (BA/BSc or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Project management skills combined with strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishments in pharmaceutical sales or marketing incl. event management.
  • Solid understanding of the Healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry.
  • Digital, Omnichannel experience seen as advantage.
  • Strong business acumen with sense of urgency.
