Project Manager vacancy requiring profound HR & Digital Transformation knowledge for our Zurich based client in the telecommunications sector.

Your Experience/skills
  • 5+ years of work experience in an HR function with the focus on capability building, people development, transformation or similar
  • Expertise in driving change management efforts within an organization and or reorganizations
  • Proficiency as a transformation coach and change manager, which includes supporting change management efforts in other functions than HR
  • Know-how of other HR areas such as talent acquisition, talent management and development as well as compensation and benefits
  • Finished Bachelor or Master in Psychology, Business Administration or similar
  • Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your Tasks
  • Leading the analysis of organizational layers and job landscape and basis for digital capability spread throughout the organization
  • Identifying gaps with regards to digital capabilities and driving the general definition of digital capability framework across selected layers
  • Defining and driving the future-state of job functions and organization layers with focus on digital capability
  • Building frame and governance as well as anchoring this new function in collaboration with HR
  • Creating an ecosystem for the larger digital capability implementation
  • Defining and implementing customer journeys, supporting the change
