We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

Schindler is committed to continuously improve its business processes and operational performance to better meet its customers’ expectations through the delivery of reliable products and services. In this role you help transforming business critical processes within the Global Technology organization (CTO) into customer-centric, enterprise-wide value streams. You bring together agile approaches, transformation methodologies and frameworks to simplify and transform the operating model. Main tasks include:

• Analyse CTO process landscape, operations and develop insights leveraging multiple tools and frameworks
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and develop tools that allow for visibility into process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
• Develop and implement plan to grow process excellence and transformation practice
• Create proposals and project plans for new programs and execute strategic projects
• Anticipate conflict situations and oversee timely resolution of escalated issues
• Develop, introduce, and maintain training for CTO employees and coach team members in aspects critical to meeting or exceeding expectations

Further Requirements May Include

You are a self-motivated, driven individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills who feels comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. With your highly effective communication skills you can present to a wide range of partners across different teams and levels of the organization and are able to work independently as well lead cross-functional teams domestically and globally.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in designing and implementing transformation across technology departments as well as with continuous process improvement methodologies
• Wide knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies
• Successful track record of building, implementing, and improving operational processes
• Preferably Certificate in Project Management or/and Agile with deep knowledge in agile delivery frameworks and methods
• Proven experience on training and dissemination skills
• Fluent language skills in English, further language skills are beneficial
