Hobson Prior are looking for a Project Manager to join a brilliant pharmaceutical establishment on a permanent basis located in Basel. The client is focused on supplying people access to novel remedies for rare illnesses.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities
  • For this role, you will be supervising the progress against sanctioned project plans.
  • Implement high multifaceted projects which includes cross-functional leadership.
  • Project management in the development of sub-team offering cross-functional operational assistance.
  • Coordinate the sub-team meetings and taking minutes.
  • You will collaborate with the development team to translate tactic into solid development plans and milestones.
  • Recognise and convey problems and hazards.
  • Plan presentations to the CAT.
  • Any other assigned duties.

  • Capable of working on various tasks simultaneously and under pressure.
Requirements
  • Educated to a degree level in a scientific discipline.
  • Project management experience within a multifaceted setting.
  • Acquaintance with cross-functional teams in a medicine/clinical development role within a pharma/biotech organisation.
  • Certified as a PM.
  • Familiarity with cooperative projects with external associates.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook as well as contract management systems.
  • Fluency in the English language.
  • Exhibit the behaviours aligned with the company’s core values.
