YOUR CAPCO DAY

• Acting as a project manager to execute and maintain the project plan, monitoring and controlling activity to ensure timely delivery, setting key objectives and results, applying data and insight to make business decisions.
• Responsible for management and escalation of risks and issues.
• Actively identifying and manage dependencies and defining success metrics.
• Executing the implementation of the IT Target Operating Model and working with department managers to implement new and improved processes and operations.
• Driving the day-to-day delivery activities across the project, from initial shaping and mobilization through to deployment and post go live support.
• Managing relations with all stakeholders and guaranteeing their commitments.
• Analysing processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement.
  

YOUR CAPCO-FIT

• Experience in the banking industry especially wealth management.
• Familiar with Digital Transformation programs & governance especially with IT infrastructure topics such as Cloud & applications in SaaS mode.
• Good understanding of day-to-day IT production activities (monitoring, incident management, etc.) and User Support Model.
• Excellent communication skills in French & English coupled with presentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
• Good understanding of technology and the technology delivery cycle.
