Job Description

Main tasks will include:
  • Create briefs for marketing department on needs of SwatchPAY!
  • Assist the markets to receive all assets needed on a timely manner
  • Assist the markets to create and get special joint assets (with issuer or scheme) approved on a timely manner
  • Create a newsletter (monthly) to be distributed internally
  • Create a newsletter for issuers that can be adapted by each market for their outreach to issuers
  • Create and update a best practice presentation for all markets and issuers
  • Create and update all support materials (how to guides, how to videos, glossary etc)
  • Update presentation for issuers and help markets adapt it locally
  • Keep the shared drive with all technical support materials updated and current
  • Support the various markets for new launches or launches of new issuers
  • Prepare adequate launch packages for new markets/new issuers
  • Send test materials out to new markets/new issuers
  • Keep database of all issuers partnerships & results, share with other markets Help the large markets in setting up partnerships with each issuers 2-3 times/yearWork directly with the issuers to plan and execute the partnerships for small markets assist the markets with all materials for B2B deals
  • Ensure that the assets are changed appropriately
  • Check on regular basis all sites and flag necessary changes
  • Assist the rest of the team in training the staff in new markets (and retraining in existing markets)
  • Assist the rest of the team in training Customer Service staff and keeping FAQs up to date
  • Assist the team as needed and take part to special projects as dictated by the development of the business

Professional Requirements

In addition to your Commercial school or university degree in Marketing/Product Management, you bring a minimum of three year’s experience in a similar position. you demonstrate a high interest in learning new technologies.

Languages

In addition you have excellent communication skill and are fluent in English (mandatory), any additional language is a plus.
