We’re hiring a Regional Project Planner for Europe’s Seed Production and Supply Chain (SPSC) team.

SPSC Project Planners drive business strategy implementation through regional seed production and supply chain processes. This role will partner and collaborate with experts within SPSC and supporting functions to:

  • Identify and define new opportunities to support our strategy
  • Lead or coach selected projects
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting to identify root cause issues that are holding back our performance

You Will Be Part of Growing Team

Our Corteva SPSC team is the largest crop producer in the world. SPSC plays a critical role for our business by reliably producing and delivering quality seed to our customers.

Your Challenge:

  • Provide project management coaching or leadership to assigned projects
  • Exercise deep-dive analyses and stakeholder interviews to provide actionable insights that will propel our strategy
  • Routinely and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization using PowerPoint and other visualization tools.
  • Mine data systems (SAP, etc.) and large data files to translate into meaningful reports, scorecards, analytics, and metrics to support process improvements and create direction.
  • Role-model and champion our Market Shaper practices as you work with all levels of the organization

Key Stakeholders and Interactions:

As a Regional Project Planner, you will report to the Strategic Planning Manager for the region. You will work closely with the Regional SPSC Leadership Team as well as collaborate with subject matter experts and leaders across multiple functions such as Marketing and Sales, Crop Protection, and Research and Development.

Location:Versoix, Switzerland.

Qualifications

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Ag Business, Business, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or equiv. field. Masters’ degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, proven project manager with the ability to track and coordinate concurrent complex and cross-functional projects & deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to solve complex problems, communicate results, and willingness to sharpen those skills through training and innovation
  • Strong ability to manage interactions with stakeholders and influence without authority.
  • Consulting experience, CBAP certification, and/or related business analysis training not required but highly desirable
