For our growing commercial business and our fast-extending new product portfolio (NPIs) we are looking for a passionate, highly motivated and inclusive Project Specialist supporting our mission to deliver best in class results for our patients.

PROJECT SPECIALIST PRODUCTION READINESS (f/m/d)

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain in depth knowledge related to aseptic filling processes of syringes and vials to prepare for future needs in a fast-developing area of pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Define and implement innovative manufacturing processes with focus on business value, supply reliability, quality and compliance to GMP requirements
  • Deliver on CIP projects and process improvements to ensure competitiveness at the pharmaceutical market and with global players
  • Accountable to meet project timelines during start up phase of filling lines and during tech transfers
  • Support project leads in execution of task related to manufacturing aspects
  • Handling of Non-Conformances, Control of Changes and quality discussions in the area of responsibility and experience
  • Participation in international team meetings to ensure flawless communication and smooth project execution

Qualifikationen
  • You have successfully completed your studies (university, bachelor or master’s degree) in a scientific discipline and have already gained basic experience in the field of pharmaceutical manufacturing of large and/or small molecules.
  • You have a proven experience in project execution preferably in the live science and GMP environment. In addition to that you prefer an independent, self-initiative and goal-oriented way of working to apply your expertise and foster collaboration to reach demanding goals according to management expectations and project schedules.
  • Proficiency in English and German is required.
