Job Description & Summary

Your tasks

• You actively support our team in Governance, Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit assignments at our clients in Switzerland and abroad.
• You contribute to the development or optimization of governance structures, controls, risk and compliance frameworks, as well as business processes of our clients.
• You help with the planning and execution of engagements, supporting the developing work procedures/audit programs as well as client’s deliverables.
• You will continuously develop your technical know-how and your soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training and acquire in-depth knowledge of a wide range of industries.
• You work in a diversified team in an international network and receive regular feedback from colleagues for further personal and professional development.

Your profile

• You have a university degree majoring in business administration, ideally with a focus on Risk Management, Compliance and/or Internal Audit.
• You have a quick grasp and a flair for analytical thinking, especially with regards to connecting the dots on business challenges and how they impact business processes, controls as well as managing risk.
• You have a high willingness to learn and develop professionally and personally, you have a convincing demeanor and you have excellent communication skills.
• You are motivated; team-, client- and goal-oriented; and want to take on responsibility from the start and work in an environment with an active coaching and feedback culture.
• You are fluent in German and English; fluency in French is a plus.
