You are part of company where we value Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.What is the role about?Development and implementation of our new flatpack MCC solutions in the Central Region. (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Benelux, and Eastern Europe).You will, together with the country channel and EMEA business unit team, develop a network of System integrators and panel builders that can sell, design, and manufacture these MCC’s.Identify and capture business opportunities together with these partnersEnsure business, sales and operational performance objectives are met.You will report the Central Regional Channel Manager.Some Key Responsibilities
  • Formulates business strategies to grow overall sales and market share through these selected System integrators and panel builders
  • Implements and measures Rockwell Automation market access commercial programs for these systems
  • Manages the development of the assigned System integrators and panel builders and their performance
  • Analyzes and develops account penetration plans with the System integrators and panel builders to develop and increase market share.
  • Key liaison and conduit between these Recognized System integrators and panel builders and Rockwell MCC team for the Central Region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Benelux, and Eastern Europe).

  • A strong motivation and drive to develop new business opportunities and create new channel partnership

  • Strong communication skills including written and presentation skills.

  • Track record of delivering and exceeding Sales objectives
  • Ability to Influence key customer decisions
  • MCC and/or Drives/ IC Product Experience.
  • Good knowledge of industrial products and applications
  • Able to work in cross-regional, multi-cultural team
  • Experience in account management and development
  • Able to demonstrate collaborative working, able to deliver results in a pressured environment
  • Proven ability to work/thrive within complex matrixed organizations, Global / EMEA sales experience preferred
  • Customer intimacy (complex diverse and global stakeholder map)
  • Be the commercial leader in negotiations where appropriate.
