As a key member of the Mantu Management Committee, the Chief Marketing Officer will drive the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing philosophy, business strategy and direction of the organization. The position oversees the organization’s branding, digital & traditional marketing, event planning, public relations, and community outreach program.

The CMO will report directly to the CEO of the company. He/she will structure the international marketing & communication department with the aim to address the needs of stakeholders and facilitate growth, sales & hiring and marketing strategy.

Missions:

  • Ensure the company has a coherent and consistent branding strategy while recognizing and addressing the needs of specific business units and understanding the audiences of those business units
  • Align the organization around customer centricity (brands)
  • Develop robust marketing capabilities such as digital expertise, internal communication, customer data and insights, etc.
  • Spearhead the creation and maintenance of the organization’s digital footprint
  • Establish a center brain mentality
  • Determine KPIs for the department
  • Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance to organizational goals

Skills:

  • Senior-level marketing professional
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be analytical and creative
  • Possess extensive knowledge of marketing principles (digital, communication, marketing, CRM, SEO…)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
