About Our Client

For our client, a market leader in the manufacturing industry we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the EMEA Sales Operations Team based in the modern offices in Schaffhause

Job Description

As the first interface to our customers, you are key to create a positive, professional environment in which our customer feels welcome and supported at its best.
  • Act as the first interface towards customers by creating a professional environment in which they feel welcome and supported in regard to any questions related to products
  • Take inbound customer calls for sales and service
  • Process sales quotes, orders, and service requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure that customers receive the right support for their procurement and service needs
  • Follow-up, meet commitments and be very accurate
  • Clarify service-related questions
  • Maintain account team relationships and transfer leads as appropriate
The Successful Applicant

Successfully completed commercial education or equivalent
  • First working experience in customer service or sales support, preferably within an international environment
  • French and English fluent in written and oral is mandatory
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, Knowledge of Oracle is an advantage
  • Customer care is your second nature
  • Excellent support attitude
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment
  • Stress resistant, self-motivated, results driven
