About This Role

In this role you will Plan and coordinate product supply activities for commercial Drug Substance (DS), Drug Product (DP) and Finished Goods (FG) using the Oracle system. You will also be leading implementation of complex Life Cycle Management Activities and Product launch preparation as well as represent the Supply Chain organization in the PO&T Asset team through a matrix leadership role driving alignment of the Supply Chain strategy across the broader organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop Supply plans across all stages for the commercial asset in Oracle systems
  • Ensure product availability to fulfill monthly sales target
  • Lead and communicate the strategic decisions across functional and business units regarding demand and supply balancing, inventory management for commercial asset, long range planning and the implementation of lifecycle changes into the supply chain
  • Identify long term demand and supply challenges, set appropriate inventory targets and advise on network capacity management strategies to ensure stable supply
  • Lead a matrix team across the Supply Chain organization and serves as the primary point of contact within the PO&T Asset Lead and team
  • Communicate on overall product strategy to Supply Chain to ensure alignment with key stakeholders (e.g. Manufacturing, Quality, Distribution and Logistics and Senior leadership)
  • Develop launch project timelines in alignment with Commercial goals and identifies resource requirements.
  • Drive execution of complex life cycle management activities across Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Operations
  • Develop plans and contingencies for ensuring stable supply for the introduction of new products and/or implementation of product lifecycle changes
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to drive expanded capabilities, improve the efficiency of existing processes and enable cost reduction.
Required Skills

Additional Information
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or similar education required
  • 5-6 years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing industry with at least 3 years of strong business experience in a Supply Chain organization
  • Strong knowledge of the product lifecycle, the value chain (plan, source, make, deliver), and global supply chain functions that allows for effective cross-functional collaboration and efficient execution of day to day tasks
  • Understands the main phases of product development and commercialization
  • English fluent
  • Ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity and complexity
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills
  • Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt
  • Proven ability to lead large cross functional teams and to operate in a matrix environment
