Job Description:
Your mission:

Carry out transversal projects such as new equipment and equipment upgrade in a dry form pharmaceutical factory. Ensure that the project is in line with the budget and the quality standards.



Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare initial project scope, budget, resource needs, economic evaluation and timeline definitions

  • Ensure that projects meet business the quality requirements

  • Select and lead external support to be involved in the project (Engineering companies, suppliers, builders, consultants, etc.)

  • Design, transfer and implement new equipment / updated equipment related to all operational activities in accordance to user and cGMPs requirements

  • Ensure within the St-Prex Operations multi-functional team, that production processes and process projects comply with all appropriate technical design, safety and cGMPs guidelines

  • Manage change, commissioning (FAT, SAT), installation, qualification, operational requirements as well as time and cost requirements

  • Always think LEAN improvement and propose adequate modification to existing equipment

  • Ensure proper hand-over to internal customers including training and support during start-up

  • Ensure that EHS rules are respected (PPI, Waste selective improvement, energy and water consumption, ergonomics at workplace, EHS event and near miss records)


Required Experience & Competences:

  • Process, mechanical engineering or equivalent at university level

  • Minimum 5 years experience in process and project engineering within a pharmaceutical environment

  • Process & Equipment Qualification experience

  • Project management skills (incl. MS Project)

  • Able to take technical & quality decisions according to budget and deadline

  • Fluent in English and French

  • Sound knowledge of Automation, Mechanical & Electrical

  • Good IT skills : Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Power point
