SIG Combibloc has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, motivated, thoughtful and highly organized individual to strengthen our Corporate Office team. Operating from the headquarter location in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland we are looking for a talented Executive Assistant (m/f/d).

The following interesting activities are waiting for you:

You support our CEO by keeping track of:
  • Sensitive diary management
  • Complex travel & expense management
  • Comprehensive support & office management
  • You support to run the corporate meeting agenda with end-to-end meeting / event organization from invites, agenda, pre-reads, logistics, minutes and follow-ups
  • You are the interface between top management and important internal and external stakeholder and thus, you communicate efficiently - in written, verbal and personal form
  • You work collaboratively with other team members to consistently ensure high service levels
  • You support in and own different projects
You will ideally complement our team if you have the following qualifications:
  • A successful commercial education or equivalent
  • Several years of experience within an international environment
In addition, the following attributes would be beneficial:
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office application, especially PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills in English and preferrably German to communicate efficiently with all kinds of stakeholders
  • Professional mindset and positive spirit combined with a dedicated, committed and result oriented personality
Capabilities:
  • You have a structured, organized and independent working style, which enables you to deal with senior management and react quickly as well as appropriately when facing challenges
  • You constantly demonstrate the right sense of confidentiality and urgency with a positive spirit and thus you master complex topics in a dynamic work environment
  • Your ability to work in a multi-cultural team and your high level of commitment will perfectly complete our high performing team and help to contribute to our success
