What you will doJohnson Controls is undergoing a massive business transformation program and we need your Oracle Financials experience to make it success! We embarked on a multi-year journey to transform our various ERP’s within the Installation and Services businesses from on premise legacy platforms to the Oracle Fusion ERP.We are currently looking for an experienced Functional Architect who will bring along solid knowledge of RTR process and expertise in functional configuration of General Ledger and Fixed Assets modules in Oracle Fusion.Candidates based different locations across Europe can be considered on individual basis.How you will do itThis position will primarily focus on, but not limited to the Financial Applications within the Oracle Fusion ERPDrive and influence the delivery of solutions across our entire Oracle Fusion eco system incorporating multiple locations with a specific focus on our Installation, Service, and Retail businessesDefine a Global Template in the R2R and A2R spaces to be used by our regional business unitsContinue to evolve the global template in the R2R and A2R spaces post implementation.Execute a strict governance policy to determine changes to the global template and regional templates as needed for localization or defined business needs.Execute Oracle Fusion programs in conjunction with Partner Organizations for Solution DeliveryReviewing and approving all deliverable work products prior to delivery to customersInfluences senior business leaders on business process improvement and data quality.Collaborates with Global Infrastructure ArchitectsCollaborates with ePMO Program and Project Managers.Collaborates with Application Support Organization to resolve escalated incidentsProviding functional industry-specific subject matter expertise to support requirements gathering, solution design, and oversightWhat we look forRequiredBachelor’s Degree, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience7+ years of overall Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EBS ExperienceGeneral Ledger and Fixed Assets expertise in Oracle Fusion Functional configuration and solutions for small- and large-scale initiativesHands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion applications (minimum one-three implementations)Working Knowledge or Oracle Database and Database StructuresExperience in partner engagement with an onshore/offshore delivery modelExperience working with customers to gather requirements and defining the solutions for small and large projectsAbility to communicate effectively to technical as well as business audienceThis position requires exceptional collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, influence, and relationship-building skills at all levels with internal and external parties in addition to Johnson Controls’ key values: integrity, teamwork, excellence, and accountability.PreferredExpertise in working with database technologies including scripts, stored procedures etc. as well as standard Oracle Tools such as sqldeveloper, Oracle Reports, Oracle BI, etc.Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and ManufacturingOracle ERP Implementation in Installation and Service IndustryOracle EBS ApplicationsApplication ExtensionsFunctional Application ConfigurationsOracle BI Reporting
