Join us on our journey to #ForeverCaring as a Global Process Owner S2P, and you’ll do the same.Purpose of roleAs a Global Process Owner, you will foster a mindset of continuous improvement, translating the strategy into action, and are a ’go to’ person for the function/Business Unit. You will typically lead an operating unit or are a subject matter expert.You are accountable for the assessment, development and execution of the end to end, within the defined Source to Pay process (S2P) where you will identify and drive activities that will embrace best practice in terms of process strategy, engagement and governance. Working closely with key functional partners you will demonstrate clear ownership for your processes and champion best practice.Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Developing Convatec’s vision, strategy and performance objectives for the S2P end to end process, and engage with business and other process owners to communicate strategy/objectives and understand their requirements and dependencies
• Ensure the strategy for the S2P processes enable the Service Delivery Model
• Engage with Technology, defining technology requirements, ensuring their successful deployment with the support of key stakeholders, primarily focusing on the S2P process
• Engage with Data, influencing the inputs which the S2P process will transform into defined outputs
• Actively gather and apply external best practices and understand the impact of external requirements on S2P processes
• Validate initiatives across the business and other end to end processes, building investment cases as required and develop a roll-out plan in line with process excellence methodology
• Ensure appropriate stakeholder engagement during the planning and implementation phases of change
• Contribute to the development of Convatec’s process governance frameworks and processes
• Build network of process champions across the global business and work with them to surface the “voice of the business”, and identify and evaluate process improvement opportunities
• Be the guardian of S2P policies, process standards and best practice in Convatec to ensure that they are implemented consistently across the business and that improvements are deployed globally
• Oversee the implementation of improvement initiatives
• Define performance metrics for the processes (cycle time, cost, capacity, etc) and their targets
• Review quality of service against SLAs and intervene accordingly
• Identify performance gaps and launch remedial initiatives accordingly within the respective stakeholder group
• Resolve conflicts on any process issues that involve cost/quality or other trade-offs
• Manage all relevant policies and procedures related to the S2P process with the support of key stakeholders
• Identify gaps in existing policies and procedures and remediate accordingly
• Refine and develop new policies and procedures on an ongoing basis with the support of key stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to Key Financial Controls framework and regulatory/legal requirements within the processes
• Ensure internal and external audit issues relating to the process deficiencies are investigated and resolved

Experience Relevant To This Job

• Proven record in shaping, managing and delivering global S2P transformation, with strong project experience, including change leadership in new ways of working
• Experience in driving the implementation of global, technology enabled, end-to-end processes and governance models including; process design, IT requirements definition, IT solution evaluation and selection, systems testing and implementation
• Broad grasp of leading practice process and technology solutions in S2P

Skills Relevant To This Job

• Educated to degree level in relevant subject (or relevant industry exp.)
• Business case development and influencing senior stakeholders
• Project Management (Prince, MSP certified or equivalent)
• Presenting complex topics/decisions to non-subject expert audiences
• Process Excellence - LEAN / Six Sigma Certified (desirable)
• Demonstrable commercial experience
• Operating within a matrix management structure
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Facilitative and collaborative working style and approach
