Job Title: Global Strategy Senior Manager


For our EME Headquarters based in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, we are looking for a:


Global Strategy Senior Manager 100%


This position will be based at our European Headquarters, Neuhausen in Switzerland. Preferred start date 1st February 2022 or as soon as possible.


Job Summary:

The Global Strategy Associate, Results Delivery position acts as a critical member of the Results Delivery Office (RDO) and Global Strategy Team to assist in managing the systems/processes that support the overall global portfolio of value-driving projects.

In this role, they will direct the strategic alignment, prioritization and execution of global initiatives in the RDO. The candidate will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison among senior leadership, project management and planning, project team and cross functional SME.


Key Responsibilities:

Key activities for this new function are the following:

  • Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget

  • Ensure global teams adhere to internal and external quality standards

  • Oversee team and its members to monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing

  • Lead project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and determine resource requirements

  • Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business environment, while leading and developing teams of experienced professionals

  • Develop and monitor a wide range of reports and analyses of the portfolios including investment performance trends and comparisons to client

  • Gather and analyze large datasets needed to support portfolio decisions and communicate findings to team members and other investment

  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting materials for stakeholders and internal partners

  • Perform portfolio attribution, performance analysis, and position monitoring


Requirements / Minimum Qualification:

To apply for this position you should have the following qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of five years of related work experience, preferably in a manufacturing enterprise.

  • Knowledge of cross functional process owners and global decision-makers.

  • Proven attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to pull together, organize, and analyze large quantities of data and to check the

  • Strong storyboarding / presentation skills, with the ability quickly frame, build, and present executive-level presentations in a structured manner

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external business partners as well as manage up/down

  • A high level of initiative with strong organizational skills.

  • Strong aptitude for project management

  • Proficiently gather relevant data from AGCO data sources to drive high level analytics to steer decisions

  • Experience in project management, project delivery process and portfolio management
  • Willingness to travel about
