Do you believe that the energy revolution comes from people, for the people?If so, our client who have had 8 years of growth and success in the energy sector, are now looking for an experienced Head of Operational Excellence to join their continued growth.Responsibilities Include
  • Monitoring the quality of the companies services
  • Drive continuous improvement towards operational excellence
  • Lead a team in the area of operations, level 3 service and technical support
  • You will control and monitor the infrastructure, system, network, and energy management systems.
  • Solve or circumvent short term operational problems whilst keeping long term improvement in mind
  • Take a product management approach to the companies in house monitoring and analysis tools
You Bring
  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering, IOT or Computer Science
  • 10+ years’ experience working in a similar role
  • Electrical engineering background
  • Operational mindset
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Valid EU Passport or Swiss work permit
