Job Description:

Role:
We are looking for a HR Specialist to join our Swiss team. The incumbent will report to the Senior Manager Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations and will collaborate with other colleagues, he/she will be responsible to provide support to managers and staff on HR administrative related matters.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Works with site HR team to ensure that all staffing issues are appropriately and legally addressed, by providing support on all administrative, recruitment and HR business partnership activities.
  • Perform independently all administrative tasks regarding the employee life cycle (onboarding, attestation, permit, visa, information to payroll, offboarding).
  • In charge of invoicing and PO’s creation.
  • Record and maintain employee data over all HR Systems and provides reporting documents when necessary.
  • In charge of relocation and schooling, support the employee in all aspects and work with external suppliers, ensuring a successful relocation service and schooling compliance with local tax rules.
  • Support HR team in all HR projects and improvement of HR Processes and policies.
  • Delivers professional support to ensure the respect of deadlines and compliance with HR Processes and policies provides HR counselling/support to employees in scope of responsibility and address the issue to the appropriate person in charge.
  • Reviews, improves the HR Service Portal documents and information in French, German and English


Required Experience & Competences:

  • A University degree or equivalent in Human Resources (HR certificate or equivalent)
  • 4-5 years’ experience in HR similar role within an international matrix organization
  • A high degree of familiarity with Swiss Labor Laws and regulations
  • Local Compensation & Benefits basic understanding
  • Strong communication skills
  • Understanding of Expatriation and International mobility
  • Fluent in English &French (written and oral), and German (min level B2)
  • Excellent skills in MS Office and at ease with HRIT tools (mainly WorkDay and Kelio)
  • High sense of confidentiality and rigor
  • Critical attention to detail, high integrity and sound level of emotional intelligence
  • A service-oriented mindset and always striving to deliver on tasks and projects
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
