  • Drive and support the end-to-end post M&A finance integration for the reporting and planning processes of the group
  • Collaborate closely with the acquired finance team to harmonize and standardize global closing, forecasting, and planning processes
  • Define a clear vision of the future target state for group reporting and planning, set key milestones and track and drive progress
  • Identify optimization opportunities to improve current reporting and planning processes based on learnings from the integration
  • Support the integration of different finance tools, procedures and templates
  • Provide back-fill support for critical FP&A processes during peak periods
YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
  • Degree in finance, business, economics or related field
  • At least three to seven years of qualified work experience ideally in finance integration management / FP&A advisory or alternatively in FP&A /controlling, consulting or financial advisory.
  • Experience in process improvements and project management
  • Strong excel skills, working experience with Cognos, TM1 and SAP is a plus
  • Creative thinker with a hands-on attitude, able to bring in new ideas, work independently and communicate with various stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to see the big picture
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to perform in an ever-changing multi-tasking environment
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English, German is a plus
