Job Title: Intern Global Brand & Market Performance Management


For our EME Headquarters based in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, we are looking for an:


Intern Global Brand & Market Performance Management 100%


This position will be based at our European Headquarters, Neuhausen in Switzerland. Preferred start date 1st April 2022 or as soon as possible. The duration of the internship shall be 6 months at least. Please note the company language is English.


Job Summary:

Support the Brand & Market Performance Management function in our Global Marketing & Sales Enablement Team in the delivery of key strategic projects and initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Key activities for this new function are the following:

  • Supporting the Manager in defining and tracking of Brand Performance KPIs
  • Co-identifying of improvement areas for regional Brand teams
  • Support in preparation of Leadership meetings as well as summarizing complex input from various sources as a basis for decision-making
  • Support with data analysis and presentations


Requirements / Minimum Qualification:

To apply for this position you should have the following qualifications


  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Economic Sciences, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Computer Science or comparable studies
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to pull together, organize and analyses big quantities of data
  • Ability to quickly frame and build executive-level presentations
  • Willingness to adapt to global time zones
  • High motivation and a structured working approach
  • Language skills: English (fluent), additional European language a plus (e.g., German)
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and preferably in Tableau
