We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our International HR Department as International Rewards Specialist. In this role, you will support the function with key compensation & benefits related processes and projects. You will also support the Rewards & Performance Managers on daily requirements related to compensation processes, reports, and various projects. In this role you will be exposed to diverse key rewards topics and portfolio of projects within an international scope.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Rewards

  • Support and coordinate rewards related topics by working closely with the Rewards and Performance Managers
  • Support Rewards & Performance Managers on salary review and other compensation processes (bonus schemes, long term incentives)
  • Support Rewards projects related (but not limited) to Benefits, Equal Pay, Mobility, Insights & Analytics, as well as Performance Management
  • Provide benchmarks and analyses related to internal and external trends and competitive positioning
  • Generate, develop and analyse complex compensation data and analyses on an ad-hoc basis
  • Coordinate staff costs related activities with the finance department and ensure key data is available for business decision support

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You have a university degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. Business Studies, HR, Finance)
  • You have 1 to 3 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits or relevant field, previous experience in a consulting firm is ideal.
  • You possess robust experience in SAP HR & Compensation Systems
  • You possess strong data management and analytics skills
  • You are at ease with project management skills
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and Ability to work autonomously
  • You are fluent in both English and French
