Your field of responsibility

You are passionate about infrastructure and bring along first-hand experience in fund investing or placement, asset management, and/or investment banking/corporate finance. You are flexible, dynamic and entrepreneurial, have initiative, enjoy working autonomously and, ideally, have some experience in fundraising. In this role you will get the unique opportunity to join a newly created infrastructure multi-manager team and support the development of the investment offering from A to Z.

You will be involved in all aspects of

Fundraising preparing marketing presentations, coordinating with internal and external parties on process management, and responding to investor queries. Also supporting our client relationship teams in driving new initiatives.

Investing contributing to sourcing, screening, and executing non-listed infrastructure investment opportunities on a global basis incl. funds (primaries and secondaries), co-investments and other deal structures. This will follow a rigorous due diligence process and require preparation of clear and concise decision-making investment committee materials.

Monitoring ensuring smooth investment reporting and monitoring of existing investments on an ongoing basis.

You will support an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager who will lead this new infrastructure initiative, while leveraging the experience of a successful multi-manager team currently fully focused on real estate. Your skills and experience

• Strong academic background, preferably in Finance, Economics or Law
• You have investment or advisory experience in infrastructure
• A good understanding of current infrastructure trends incl. the impact of ESG on infrastructure investments, regulations and investors’ demand
• You will bring along strong analytical and preferably financial modelling skills (Excel)
• You have good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
• And while numbers and a solid understanding of business plans are essential, you do understand the importance of interpersonal skills in a business, where personal relationships matter a lot
• Excellent command of English, German or other European languages would be an asset.
