What you will do
JCI is undergoing an extensive business transformation program, and many initiatives are technology-enabled. The IT Functional Lead role within EMEA&LA Oracle Fusion Cloud is a business-facing IT analyst position accountable for successfully delivering IT investments that enable the EMEA&LA Business. You will define and develop business applications that support business R2R processes for function or business units and help to resolve information technology challenges and problems by analyzing business process requirements, developing system programs, recommending system controls and protocols to achieve solutions, and supporting the solution’s rollout. You will collaborate with the relevant IT and Business partners as the Enterprise IT CoE will fulfill technical activities.


How you will do it

  • Partner with business counterparts to establish future state processes
  • Provide Oracle Cloud R2R expertise to support requirements gathering and solution design
  • Process design and deliver leading practices throughout all phases of an ERP Transformation Program.
  • Triage new requests and set appropriate delivery expectations with business partners
  • Drive and influence the delivery of business processes & solutions across our entire Oracle ERP cloud system, incorporating multiple locations with a specific focus on our Installation, Service, and Back-office businesses
  • Contribute & support to multi-functional projects for development that involves integration between Oracle and the Ecosystems (CPQ, SMC, PPM, ServiceMax & other applications)
  • Deliver Oracle Cloud R2R and platform updates as a core member of a team responsible for the design, development, testing, and release of improvements and projects.
  • Validate test strategy and plan, test cases, automation, regression, and test execution.
  • Support governance and quality principles, methodologies, and objectives
  • Accountable that the technical solution designs meet the functional requirements specified by the Stakeholders and Business Process Owners
  • Supports the Business Process Owners, Project Coordinator, and Delivery Manager on managing, tracking, and forecasting solution development and delivery.
  • Serve as IT Team Lead for R2R Business Analysts & partnered with Business Lead(s), PMO, and IT Delivery Leader(s), to achieve scope, cost, schedule, quality, adoption, and value outcomes.


What we look for
You will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud R2R processes & systems and the ability to work across multi-functional teams to build solutions to support process and data flows.

You should be proficient in working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment requiring good communication and collaboration skills, as well as adapting to shifting priorities.


Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields or equivalent work experience
  • Oracle and Oracle Fusion ERP experience
  • IT general leadership skills (team, organizational, financial, and operational management)
  • Expert in Oracle Fusion Core ERP Module R2R functions and can articulate limitations to business partners.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion applications
  • Solid understanding of overall business End-2-End processes, with in-depth knowledge of record to report processes
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Well organized and eager to handle difficult problems
  • Can facilitate communication between business partners and the IT delivery teams.
  • Experience with system integrations and understand how to fix data discrepancies.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate analytics findings to various business teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable regarding learning and understanding new technologies
  • Experience within a cross-cultural environment and leading sophisticated business transformations across multiple businesses
  • Track record of planning and implementing programs to harmonize processes and converge IT systems
  • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments and supervise the activities of others.
