To support our IT group, we are looking for our offices in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland for a:

IT Project Manager/Scrum Master

Role & Responsibilities :

• Translate IS/IT business requirements into technical specifications in close collaboration with Business Analysts and/or Product Owners
• Plan, monitor and control IS/IT project scope, activities, cost, quality, and risk requirements leveraging Agile methodologies
• Manage testing scenarios, User Acceptance Testing and sign-off
• Assist the team in establishing meaningful sprint goals
• Facilitate operational reviews of ongoing project deliverables and bug tracking with colleagues and external partners
• Ensure the team is adhering to Agile good practices and values through facilitation and coaching
• Coach the team to improve their practices, productivity, and self-organization
• Demonstrate transparency, inspection, and adaption in everything that they do.
• Run lesson learned reviews to improve IS/IT operations and team’s ability to deliver on time and in quality with minimal business disruptions

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology preferable
• Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP) and Power Platform
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Experience working with Agile methodologies to manage projects, preferably with a Scrum Master certification
• Very good end-to-end Business Processes knowledge, preferably with knowledge of BPMN

Languages:

Proficient level of English and French language.
