Job Description

  • You are co-responsible for providing a variety of high quality of Learning opportunities following the H&M global Employee Strategy as well the local Needs.
  • You actively help creating the H&M Learning culture.
  • You support, implement, develop, and follow up the local Country Learning Strategy.
  • You ensure to have all tools for internal growth in place and our Leaders are implementing those successfully according to the Needs in a high quality and competitive manner.
  • You actively work with the H&M internal Learning system and ensure to have all relevant global and local Learning- and Training Programs in place.
  • You work actively towards ensuring our staff is encouraged and informed about our internal career – and development opportunities.
  • You support, identify, and develop Trainers and actively support their development.
  • You actively work with KPIs to measure actions and quality of implementation and react accordingly.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor or master’s degree in HR Management or equivalent working experience in the field of HR within a company.
  • Experience with creating e-Learnings
  • Strong communication skills and a service minded approach
  • Strong drive and strive for continuous improvement by pushing your goals forward
  • A proactive and solution orientated mindset
  • Organisational skills – you enjoy planning ahead and having a clear overview of your strategy & to-dos
  • Flexibility, easily adapting to changing circumstances
  • Leadership experience
  • Enjoy working with numbers and KPIs, an analytical and problem-solving and innovative mindset
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory, French is an asset.
  • Having a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Office 365, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is needed
