What will you do

The Manager, Marketing Programs, Johnson Controls leads the virtual and physical experience of Johnson Controls Innovation Centers situated across the globe to increase showcase visits and prospect engagement. The centers are the showcase of Johnson Controls impactful innovations and a place where customers learn more about smart, healthy and sustainable spaces that deliver the blueprint of the future for buildings.
The program will enable a 24/7 visitor experience supported by industry-leading experts to share market insights, trends and the latest innovations with Johnson Controls prospects.
Reporting to the Vice President, Brand and Marketing Transformation the Manager of Marketing Programs will work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders.

How will you do it

  • Lead the vision, development and activation of our virtual innovation center experience to showcase the latest Johnson Controls innovations and capabilities
  • Drive the full virtual experience including VR assets, embedded expert support and related processes, working with key stakeholders including IT, Solution leaders, Marketing leaders and more
  • Lead the connection between the 8 global OpenBlue Innovation centers around the world to deliver an overview of Johnson Controls leading capabilities and innovations
  • Position the digital experience within each of the centers within a standard global framework and reflect the positioning of Johnson Controls leadership in the market
  • Develop online booking capabilities and drive appointment volume to a defined target each month
  • Develop and manage the fully integrated marketing strategy and campaign on digital media including web, social, email, etc.
  • Develop the marketing activation and inquiry management to deliver impactful results
  • Lead the program from requirements gathering, design and development to implementation and closure
  • Effectively guide and manage project results, ensure program targets are signed-off and delivered and challenges are addressed to move the program forward.

  • An eye for visual design and creativity in developing programs and methods for engaging an audience toward the success of a goal
  • Engaging personality, having a natural like of people, a knack for leading, and skills that help engage others in goals
  • Minimum of 10 years’ international experience in marketing, communications or project management
  • Proven track record of working effectively in large global matrix organizations and cross-functional teams
  • Previous program, project or change management experience
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Expert knowledge with MS Office 365 Apps, SharePoint, Teams Live Events, Adobe Premier Pro, PowerPoint
