To support our e-Mobility Group we are looking for our offices in Yverdon-les-Bains for a:

Master Planner

Purpose:

• Responsible for S&OP and MPS, production planning and for the component delivery schedule;

• Responsible to coordinate the demand planning, production planning and scheduling and Supplier delivery plan;

• Responsible of the ERP industrial and planning module (production structure, SKU, etc.).

Role & Responsibilities:

• Align with Sales & Demand planning on the sales & deliverable, build requirements that drive the plan;

• Manage schedules over the near-term horizon (0-8 weeks);

• Manage schedules and load/capacity over the long-term horizon (8-30 weeks);

• Align with Supply Chain Manager to understand supply constraints (capacity / mix limitations, logistics issues) and, similarly, incorporate these into the planning;

• Coordinate the introduction of new product into the production system;

• Lead the cross-functional phase-in phase-out process;

• Lead the ERP production structure (cost center, work center, capacity, load,…);

• Request production capacity increase and decrease;

• Validate Sales procurement and production lead-time;

• Pull data from the ERP & the production management systems (MOS, AMP, SCADA, Andon) to understand status;

• Participate in the daily operational stand-up to understand and maintain the health of material flow through production;

• Own reporting on factory status & performance (weekly, monthly & quarterly) out to production management & key partners / stakeholders in the organization;

• Support operational report out to the weekly Executive Sales & Operational Planning meeting (incl KPI);

• Lead resolution of production (equipment breakdown) or supply chain (material shortage) issues;

• Build the model / run the analysis to identify the most effective solution for production (minimizes delays / maximizes OTIF) given the issue (such as): urgent sales change requests, quality or delivery issues.

Skills & Experience:

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electronical, Chemical)

• Industrial experience (2-5 years) in production planning and/or supply chain

• Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (MS Excel, Tableau) is strongly desired

• Able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines

Languages:

English & French fluent spoken and writing.
