- Contract management (membership contracts as well as additional contracts); - Processing of closures and terminations; -quality control of the membership database; -administrative processing of contribution payments (LSV, dunning etc.); - control of liquidity flow (daily banking and cash accounting); - processing of electr. incoming payments and inquiries (credit and debit cards); -Cash and banking management, bank deposits, management and control of the club treasury; - debtor management and debt settlement; - daily preparation of various reports for the attention of regional management and central offices; - preparation of key figures for all departments, including control; -Complaint handling and systematic evaluation of member feedback D/E; -Opening and closing of the health club as duty manager; -Informing existing and potential members about our offers
