Job Description:
Your mission:Build, support and protect OT foundations by being accountable for the area and acting as “trusted partner of choice” for key manufacturing functions.
Main responsibilities:
  • Accountable for OT applications deployment and stable operations across the site following standard Guidance and Practices
  • Define optimal organization across the site to ensure stable OT operations
  • Contribute to OT/IT standards and Global designs development via sharing good practices and expertise
  • Collect and formalize local OT requirements
  • Define responsibilities between OT and IT
  • Accountable for site OT capability building plans execution / Act as local OT roadmap owner
  • Coordinate and manage (dotted line) the team of site OT experts
  • Work with IT counterpart to ensure stable operations & OT standard adherence
  • Act as trusted partner for site manufacturing team
Required Experience & Competences:
  • Master/Engineering Degree in Electrical / Automation, Process Engineering, Software Engineering or relevant areas
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical implementation of Process Automation solutions on a supplier or customer side – within Pharmaceutical/Life Science/FMCG industries
  • Proven experience with DSC (Emerson, ABB, etc.), PLC/SCADA (Siemens, Wonderware, Rockwell), MES systems.
  • Good understanding of OT software space: Historians, data acquisition services (OPC, etc.), manufacturing and quality management systems integration approach
  • Good understanding of electrical standards and IT landscape for OT solutions: physical and virtual server platforms, knowledge of the Microsoft operating platform and applications
  • Leadership skills with focus on process improvement, compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Result oriented and problem solving, make timely decision
  • Change Management, ability to build effective teams through facilitation and coaching skills
  • Proven ability to understand, influence and motivate others with strong analytical skills
  • Project management skills with budget responsibility/management experience
  • Good communicator (both written/verbal) and listening skills
  • Fluent in French and English
