As a Partner Support Engineer – Professional Services, you will work closely with our clients as well as with one of our preferred partner in Switzerland by understanding their unique requirements and challenges and providing them operational support.

You will also have the opportunity, under guidance of our Professional Services Consultants, to gain experience in giving them support while deploying our innovative anti-fraud solution in customers’ environment.

You are a dynamic customer oriented professional, curious, and eager to learn. You are organized and able to prioritize, with solid problem-solving skills. You are a natural team player, who is comfortable in collaborating with virtual and transversal team, in a multi-cultural environment. You pay attention to details and possess excellent communication skills.

• Computer science or related degree with 2 to 5 years’ experience in customer facing or consulting role
• Proficient knowledge with Linux systems (Red Hat), big data (Elastic search) and SQL database environments (Oracle, MS SQL Server, Maria DB)
• Strong expertise in scripting (python, bash)
• Fluent in English, French and German are an asset
• Knowledge of banking systems and experience in IT banking environment is a plus
