Plant Accountant & HR Manager Switzerland - Yverdon-les-Bains

Key Responsibilities:

FINANCES:

• Monthly and annual establishment of the profit and loss accounts, assessments and statutory accounts
• Cost accounting and reporting with monthly, quarterly and annual closing
• Receivables & payables entries, payments, controlling
• Journal entries, tax, VAT entries and reporting
• Support internal or external audits of Group or Statutory Financial accounts (i.e. Ernst&Young or any other cantonal or federal institution)

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT:

• Wages, Social Security and other insurances including wages preparation, review, payment and postings
• Monthly, quarterly and annual establishment of the detailed schedules for employee’s tax, insurances, family benefits, unemployment insurance, etc.
• Recruitment of temporary or permanent employees together with Operation’s Manager
• Establishment of employment contracts, work certificates and any other employee’s documentation

Critical Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Finances & in Human Resources or comparable training with knowledge of the Swiss requirements and laws
• Several years of experience as a Finances & HR Manager
• Open personality with the ability to maintain and establish good relationships with management and employees
• Fluent in French and English, other European languages are an advantage
