This role is based in Switzerland and as such all normal working days must be carried out in Switzerland.

Join us as a Production Support Analyst

  • You’ll be joining a fast growing Digital Delivery team responsible for Online Banking and other digital solutions across web and mobile channels

What you’ll do

As a Production Support Analyst your primary focus will be incident recovery and service requests as well as to ensure stability of the systems and provide 2nd and 3rd level support. You’ll liaise closely with developers with a future opportunity to assist with development. You’ll be supporting to automate CI/CD, drive and contribute to improve monitoring set up. Additionally, you’ll be working with technologies and cloud services, expanding the monitoring of platform components and supporting software deployments in a fast paced, scalable, secure and consistent manner.

You’ll also be:

  • Liaising with the Infrastructure & DevOps team to assist support across the platforms (web and mobile) including optimisation of tools and processes and adoption of best practices

  • Contribute to the strategy to capture KPI and tracking across the entire pipeline.

  • You’ll measure and continuously improve maturity of continuous integration by defining and monitoring metrics

  • Working closely with the Operations team to enhance monitoring solutions, identify and support automation opportunities across our application components

The skills you’ll need

We’re looking for a technically skilled and innovative professional with extensive experience as a Production Support Analyst working in a complex and dynamic environment. Additionally, you have a university degree or equivalent in Computer Science. To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong knowledge in Unix/Linux as well as in SQL (Oracle/Postgres) and MQ.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Working with APIs (POST, GET etc.)

  • Java debug logs / log collection / Splunk / Graylog

  • ITIL / KPI / KRI knowledge

Would be nice to have:

  • Experience in development languages (Java, C++, Python, C#),

  • Knowledge of Docker / Spring Boot / Microservices

  • Experience in Mobile apps & Web technologies
