Starting Steptember 2021, we are looking for a young and cool restaurant manager to build and lead the team for the Madame Sum Restaurant in St. Moritz open in the winter season and lead other projects next to that!

Tasks
Build the team for the winter season

Work with the kitchen team on the menu creation and wine menu

Manage the day to day and coordination with the rest of Madame Sum

Build local relationships to advertise and increase restaurant awareness

Ensure that operations run smoothly

Provide top notch personalized service

Lead and develop other projects such as events, pop ups and more (e.g. a summer pop up, Streetfood festivals, Chstimas markets...)

Requirements

Minimum 2 years as restaurant manager or assistant manager

German and English mandatory, French and/or Italian a +

Excellent knowledge of fine dining and wine world

Top-notch leadership and organizational skills

Swiss or EU passport or valid working permit in CH
