On behalf of our esteemed Luxury Customer, we are recruiting the following profile:

SALES CONSULTANT / LUXURY BRAND / ST. MORITZ

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Guarantee operative functioning of the store
  • Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy
  • CRM activities and online channel management
  • Be an ambassador of the brand
  • Ensure customers’ needs and resolve all customer issues
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor
  • Ensure a good work environment
  • Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously
  • Assist all sales team members
  • Control of checkout and bank transfers
  • Stock activities
  • Ensure the correct management of the merchandise

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the role of Sales Associate/Client Advisor (not necessarily in Luxury brands)
  • Fluent ENGLISH, GERMAN and ITALIAN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitude
  • Good IT skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Multi – tasking abilities
  • Able to work in a multicultural team
