We have released the Smart Bottle solution, Univerre’s first product in the Smart Packaging line. To sell this product and to support our customers with this innovation, we are looking for our future:


Sales Customer Support

in Smart Packaging


Your Mission


  • Implement Univerre’s smart packaging strategy according to the defined roadmap.
  • Be the internal/external representative of our Smart Packaging Solution and its D2C Platform, actively contribute to the project growth, and lead the development and acquisition in Switzerland and Europe (wineries distilleries).
  • Effectively reach out and follow up with B2B leads, onboard new customers, accompany them on the technical specs the content creation on the platform, and support their decision making.
  • With the support of the internal team, understand customers needs, respond to technical and utilization issues that may arise, and resolve emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Be the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their likes and dislikes, hearing their suggestions on products. Analyze information, and share it with the internal team. Proactively contact customers, and develop healthy relationships with them. Build trust and transparency.


Your professional profile


  • CFC, Bachelor’s degree in commercial or sales. Passion for customer contact/partnership.

  • Fluent in written and spoken French and German.     English is a plus!
  • You are a patient, active listener, with excellent communication interpersonal skills.
  • Intrapreneur, you are able to learn fast on the fly and assume multiple roles.
