For one of our clients, with Headquarters in Basel, we are looking for a Scientific Writer. Currently, they are driving a recently created project to impact the lives of patients through the analysis and exposure of clinical data. They are looking for someone enthusiastic and proactive, with high level of education (min. PhD), and couple of years of experience within Clinical Development. Ideally, the candidate should have an interest to understand clinical data.

The current role can be remotely located in Europe, and is for a starting period of 12 months. For candidates outside Switzerland, an Owned Company (Freelancing) will be necessary - for CH based individuals, a contract can be issued. The team has high level of confidence of a contract/project extension.

Responsibilities

• producing scientific and/or business articles in the domain of clinical trials;
• conducting reference and literature searches;
• reviewing and amending work in response to editor feedback;
• acting as the editor of handbooks with chapters composed by different authors;
• liaising with the communications department and KOLs.
  

Experience Needed

• Life Sciences PhD or similar;
• Scientific knowledge
• ge on Randomized Clinical Trials;
• Drug R&D life cycle knowledge (including former experience in Clinical Research);
• +2 years of experience in scientific writing;
• Experience of publishing in peer-reviewed scientific journals;
• Native/Fluent business and scientific English.
