We are a team of all-round finance professionals with special focus on technical finance capabilities, centers of excellence, campus support services and strategic business partnering.

Currently we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will be a member of the Swiss Finance & Treasury department based in Zug, Allschwil or Schaffhausen.

Senior Financial Analyst (f/m/d), Location: Zug, Allschwil or Schaffhausen

Main Responsibilities
  • Own the actual and forecast cycles within Fixed Assets & Intangible Assets for three legal entities
  • Perform monthly and quarterly closing activities
  • Close collaboration with business for fixed assets guidance/support
  • Monthly and quarterly reconciliations of the fixed assets subledger including SOX controls
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Responsible for the budgeting phases within the fixed assets area
  • Ensure compliance with finance accounting policies & internal controls, support internal/external audit cycles as needed
  • Partner with internal customers to drive process improvements across JBS
  • Promote a strong compliance environment within the existing SOX/J&J framework
  • Contribute to the deployment of new technology solutions and financial procedures
  • Planning and execution of the annual inventory count process for fixed assets
  • Lead or actively participate in Fixed assets related projects
  • Responsible for two direct reports

Qualifikationen

Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting or completed commercial apprenticeship with further education in Finance
  • 6+ years’ experience in a Finance position, fixed assets accounting experience preferred for the position

Skills
  • Strong technical, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to connect, build trust and influence in an international and virtual/office hybrid environment with multiple team members
  • Flexible and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Business fluency in English (oral & written)
  • Proficiency with MS Office and SAP required; knowledge of advanced digital tools (Power BI, Alteryx) is a plus
