For our Out-licensing and Contract Manufacturing department with focus on Europe we are looking for a:

Senior Supply and Launch Coordinator 100% (m/f/d)

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Align and plan supply cross-functional with internal global and local production, planning and customer service teams,
  • Act as single point of contact for Out-Licensing / Contract Management (OL&CM) commercial teams with regards to all SC topics,
  • Proactive coordination of escalations with regard to supply delays or stock outs with customers and internal stakeholders and manage the prioritization process,
  • Responsible to set up and lead Sales & Operations meetings / telecons continuously between Acino’s main customers in out-licensing & contract manufacturing,
  • Participate at Business Review Meetings with customers (may including travelling),
  • Verify, define and secure execution of Supply Chain related parts of Supply-Agreements with OL/CM customers,
  • Define, describe and document business processes within the relevant IT systems,
  • Safeguard high Customer Service Level and Contribute to increase customer satisfaction,
  • Coordinate launches for OL/CM,
  • Initiate and coordinate EFB process,
  • Lead the demand planning process (1direct report),
  • Track sales on a regular basis.

Your profile:

  • Economic background with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical industry,
  • Experience in Supply Chain with a good expertise of Customer Service, logistics and export,
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Office 365 etc...) and Power BI,
  • Expertise in SAP R/3 module (SD/WM/MM and APO) and/or Qlikview,
  • Good command of data analysis and reporting to management,
  • Ability to stand difficult discussions and confrontations with customers,
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to foster challenging initiatives,
  • Organized & structured work approach, clear vision for priorities,
  • Business mindset, customer focused and result oriented,
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken),
