Your field of responsibility


Join our Global ALM & Treasury Cluster Risk Management team, which provides risk management services for market risks mainly related to asset and liability mismatch exposures in the bank’s non-traded portfolios. In this role, we offer you the opportunity to deepen your risk knowledge and to become an expert in an area under strong regulatory scrutiny in a very interesting market environment. You will be responsible for assessing the bank’s risk profile, the impact of material and unusual transactions or new business initiatives and understanding the P&L drivers. You recommend corrective actions and escalate when necessary. It is a role that offers practical experience in preparing presentations for internal risk monitoring purposes and for senior management and interaction with Finance, Front Office and Treasury. The role also offers potential to deputize the Global Head ALM & Treasury Cluster Risk Management.

Your skills and experience

By joining our team, you will have an outstanding opportunity to build up your career in ALM & Treasury risk management. We are looking for candidates that offer:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Banking & Finance or comparable level of education
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in risk management, treasury, product control, regulatory audit or accounting
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills, combined with the willingness to take ownership, learn new topics and work independently
  • Teammate with the ability to handle partners at all hierarchical levels and to establish positive relationships to front office and other specialists within the bank
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus
  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
