TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST - 12 monthsheadcount AG is a Zurich-based consultancy serving clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, diagnostic, OTC and chemical market segments.
Our client is a global multi-product biopharm who develops and commercializes innovative oncotherapeutics. In addition to three marketed products, they’re advancing a new product pipeline of novel therapies for solid and liquid cancers.
Responsibilities
_Management of the whole recruitment cycle from initiation to candidate signature.
_Candidate Management including development and maintaining a candidate network by using direct sourcing, social media, job boards, Internet, career site, internal referrals, advertising, third-party agencies and other technical means to source candidates.
_Builts and maintains relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms. Acts as the liaison between the third-party and the hiring manager.
_Clear definition and communication of processes and respective roles. Prepares hiring managers and interview teams to understand job requirements and expectations.
_Ensures candidates get assessed (including appropriate formal assessments) against appropriate criteria.
_Runs and distributes metrics reports and status updates regularly.
_Regular follow-ups to ensure an efficient and on time recruitment process.
_Promotes and manages adherence to Global Talent Acquisition standards, processes and guidelines.
Requirements
_≥ 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, in-house recruitment preferred.
_Experiences with sourcing of Life Sciences profile , especially from the clinical field, preferred.
_Experiences with active sourcing of candidates.
_Experiences in an international environment is a plus.
_Fluent English & fluent French or Italian preferred.
